Veteran Alliance Construction Group is a veteran-owned, Class B General Contractor (CSLB License #1058854) headquartered in Riverside, California. Founded in 2019 by U.S. Army combat veteran Julian Valle Vierya, our company brings the discipline, accountability, teamwork, and mission-focused mindset of military service into every construction project we undertake.

We provide residential, multifamily, commercial, institutional, and public works construction throughout Southern California, including new construction, tenant improvements, restoration, structural repairs, and insurance claims work. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured, our team combines experienced project coordination with dependable workmanship and clear communication from pre-construction through completion.

After transitioning out of the Army, founder Julian Valle Vierya saw firsthand how difficult it could be for veterans to find stable, rewarding work. He also recognized how much the construction industry could benefit from the accountability, teamwork, discipline, and mission-first mindset that veterans bring to the workforce.

In 2019, he founded Veteran Alliance Construction Group with a dual purpose: to deliver dependable, professionally managed construction projects for clients while creating meaningful pathways for veterans to build rewarding careers in the industry.

That purpose continues to shape the company today. Veteran Alliance has grown from its Riverside roots into a Southern California construction company serving property owners, developers, public agencies, and commercial clients across Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.

Completed the work required to replace full roof . All work done in a timely manner. The crew were very courteous and friendly with great respect of my wishes and protecting my property. The end result was very accomplished and I very happy with the results. I give a 5 star to Julian and all his staff even the office especially Viri, Ana, Danny Julio.
